Hsu Chen Industrial mark and proportional construction — PRIMARY RECORD

The identity translates a rice-processing engineering practice into a visual system: structural, exact and quiet. Rather than borrowing the surface imagery of agriculture, it begins with the logic already present in the work—grids, machines, drawings and repeatable processes.

H, C and a grain are held inside one working frame.

The initials form the structure. A single grain occupies the centre of the process. Their proportions follow the same discipline used to organise equipment, circulation and technical drawings.

Archive 01 · Colour reduction

A reduced palette keeps technical information legible across screen, drawing and print.

Black carries the engineering framework; white preserves working space; one measured green identifies the agricultural core without turning the company into a farming cliché.
